HOLLYWOOD, Fla. – A 60-year-old Broward County man is facing a battery charge after an encounter that can only be described as bizarre. According to an arrest report from the Hollywood Police Department, Wilfredo Gonzalez Morales allegedly approached a 17-year-old boy and performed an unsolicited and painful “good luck” ritual.
The incident occurred on Sunday afternoon outside an apartment complex. The teen told police he was waiting for a friend when Morales approached him, made conversation, and then, without warning, reached out and squeezed his testicles.
