Ol’ Wheelbarrow ScrotOl’ Wheelbarrow Scrot

A man from Battle Creek, Michigan had to undergo a 14-hour operation to remove his 80-pound scrotum due to a rare condition called scrotal lymphedema. This left him in constant pain and struggling to walk, shower, or use the toilet. The condition also prevented him from having sex with his wife for seven years.

Initially, doctors were unable to determine the cause of his condition, until he saw a TLC show titled The Man with the 132lb Scrotum and reached out to Warren’s doctor, Dr Joel Gelman, at UC Irvine Medical Centre.

In 2014, Maurer underwent a 14-hour operation involving a team of eight surgeons and 12 support staff to remove 80lbs of tissue from his scrotum and around 70lbs of fat from his stomach.

Following the surgery, Maurer was able to live a more normal life and found tasks such as walking and having sexual relations easier. Dr Gelman noted that while massive scrotal lymphedema is a rare condition, they have treated men with this condition successfully for many years.

Ol’ Whistlin’ ScrotOl’ Whistlin’ Scrot

An Ohio man faced a terrifying ordeal when he heard strange noises coming from his genital area. The 72-year-old, who remains unidentified, has been diagnosed with a unique medical condition known as a “whistling scrotum,” according to a new study published in the American Journal of Case Reports.

The man sought emergency medical attention as he was short of breath with a swollen face. An X-ray revealed excessive air in his body, which caused his lungs to collapse. If left untreated, this could have resulted in permanent damage to his heart and lungs, potentially leading to death. Doctors discovered that an open wound on the left side of his scrotum, leftover from testicle surgery, was the source of the strange whistling noise. The wound allowed trapped air to escape, causing his pneumoscrotum condition.

The man’s condition worsened, and he was transferred to another hospital for further treatment. He had two plastic tubes inserted into his chest to drain the excess air. After three days, his lungs had recovered, and he was released from the hospital. However, he still had air trapped in his scrotum and abdomen for an unusually long period of two years. The doctors were eventually forced to remove both testicles to resolve the issue.

Pneumoscrotum is a rare medical condition that occurs when air becomes trapped in the scrotum. Only 60 cases of this condition have been described in medical literature. Since the trapped air cannot escape through the body’s orifices, medical intervention is usually required. It is uncertain whether the man’s condition improved due to the “escape route” caused by the open wound. The study concluded that the pneumoscrotum was likely caused by penetrating injuries.

Doctor ‘cuts off man’s penis’ after mistaking syphilis for cancerDoctor ‘cuts off man’s penis’ after mistaking syphilis for cancer

A man from Italy is seeking €400,000 (£354,000) in compensation after surgeons allegedly wrongly amputated his penis, believing it to be cancerous. It was later discovered that he had a form of syphilis that could have been treated with medication. The surgery occurred in November 2018 at San Donato Hospital in Arezzo, Tuscany, and the patient, now 68 years old, intends to take the 35-year-old urologist responsible to court. A preliminary hearing in a court in Arezzo next month will determine whether the case will proceed to trial. The man has requested anonymity due to the sensitive nature of the situation and claims to have suffered significant physical and psychological harm. The surgeon, who is highly respected, no longer works at the Tuscany hospital but now operates in a Milan hospital. According to local newspaper Corriere di Arezzo, the man’s experience was both painful and embarrassing.

After a tragic incident in which his penis was completely torn off, a man received a bionic replacementAfter a tragic incident in which his penis was completely torn off, a man received a bionic replacement

In 1972, Mo Abad was just six years old when he was pulled under a moving vehicle while walking home from a football game in Huddersfield. The accident left him with severe injuries to his groin, resulting in a fleshy tube for a penis, an inability to have sex, and the need to sit down to urinate. Mo, who now resides in Edinburgh, recounted in a conversation with LadBible last year that he was given a mere 12 hours to survive after the accident occurred. The impact had completely destroyed one testicle, while the other was pushed into his groin area.

Mo avoided discussing the incident for many years and refrained from forming intimate relationships with women, apprehensive about their potential reactions. However, his fortunes took a turn in 2012 when skilled surgeons implanted a £70,000 pump-up bionic bulge for him. The surgical team extracted skin from his arm and inserted an inflatable implant, enabling Mo to attain erections. By pressing a button located in the scrotum, two oblong-shaped balloons fill with saline solution, giving Mo the ability to achieve an erection.

This surgical intervention, known as a phalloplasty, was performed at University College Hospital in London, where surgeons complete an average of one bionic penis attachment per month.

Northwest Indiana woman accused of pulling man’s penis ‘in violent manner’Northwest Indiana woman accused of pulling man’s penis ‘in violent manner’

A 20-year-old woman from Northwest Indiana was arrested on Tuesday for allegedly violently pulling a man’s penis. Police were called to the 700 block of Dearborn Road in Portage Township just before 7:15 p.m. on a battery report. The caller, a 26-year-old man from Valparaiso, reported that he was in a verbal argument with Zephanie Pennywell in the kitchen when she chased him, grabbed his shirt, and then grabbed his penis in a violent manner, refusing to let go and starting to pull. A roommate provided video footage of the incident, which showed Pennywell charging the man and grabbing his groin area for a brief period. Later, she was apprehended at a bar on the 300 block of U.S. Route 6. Pennywell claimed that she warned the man to stop provoking her and that the next person who annoyed her would be “d***ed.” She admitted to grabbing the man’s penis in an effort to harm him after failing to punch him in the crotch. Pennywell has been charged with battery.

The female insect possesses a protruding genital organ that resembles a penis and is used to penetrate the male’s vagina-like structureThe female insect possesses a protruding genital organ that resembles a penis and is used to penetrate the male’s vagina-like structure

Male barklice of the species Neotrogla have a vagina-like indentation, while their female counterparts have a penis-like structure called a gynosome. This unique genital reversal was studied by a team of entomologists from Hokkaido University, who used micro computer tomography to create 3D models of copulating winged insects from Brazilian caves.

The gynosome is a complex organ with specific muscles and pipes that enable females to attach themselves to males for extended periods of up to 70 hours. One set of muscles unfurls the gynosome, allowing it to enter the male and suck up semen. Another set of muscles then contracts the organ, depositing the sperm into two storage slots inside the female’s body.

The team suggests that the evolution of the female penis was driven by sexual selection, favoring intense female-female competition. The females’ ability to stock up on double the amount of sperm may provide a clue as to why they are so active in their efforts to find semen. The sperm is packaged with nutrient-filled spermatophores, which may serve as a source of nutrition in resource-deprived cave environments.

The lack of reliable food sources in Brazilian caves may have facilitated the evolution of sex-role reversals in the species, where females have a greater incentive to seek out and consume nutrients through their copulatory behavior.

Human penis found at gas stationHuman penis found at gas station

An Alabama gas station parking lot was the site of an unusual discovery when a human penis was found early Monday morning, according to a local newspaper. The gas station is situated on Interstate 10 in Mobile.

The Mobile Police Department suspects that the penis may have belonged to a victim of a fatal motorcycle accident that occurred on a nearby highway. Christopher Means, aged 29, passed away after losing control of his motorcycle and being struck by multiple vehicles.

The Mobile Police Department has confirmed to FOX News Digital that the penis discovered at the gas station is not linked to an assault or a murder. A gas station employee is said to have discovered the body part.

Though the police have not explained how the penis ended up at the gas station, local reports indicate that surveillance footage indicates that it may have dropped from a truck that had pulled over for fuel.

Home care worker puts penis in resident’s mouth for ‘comfort’Home care worker puts penis in resident’s mouth for ‘comfort’

A court has heard that a care home worker sexually assaulted a vulnerable resident in order to “comfort” her.

The accused, Samuel Shaheen, reportedly repeatedly kissed the woman, touched her breasts and buttocks, and inserted his penis in her mouth while assuring her that it was their “little secret.” According to prosecutor Ian Wright, Shaheen, who was a qualified nurse in his home country, was working as a care assistant at a residential home in Neath Port Talbot when he committed the acts. He allegedly carried out the sexual assaults on multiple occasions, with the victim being a woman with various physical and psychiatric health issues.

The court was told that the 46-year-old carer instructed the woman not to tell anyone about their secret and showed her photographs of his wife and children in Pakistan. Shaheen said that his wife was his “number one” but the victim was his “number two.”

The victim did not report the abuse for some time but eventually went to the care home manager, and the police were notified. Shaheen was arrested at his sister-in-law’s house in Newport and admitted to the sexual acts in interviews, claiming that they had been consensual. He then said that he had been acting out of kindness in providing “comfort” to the woman with his kissing and touching.

In an impact statement read to the court, the victim said that the abuse had left her feeling like she could no longer trust anyone, and she believed the experience had worsened her mental health.

Judge Christopher Vosper KC found that Shaheen had groomed the woman and taken advantage of her to carry out sexual acts. He also noted that the victim had been too afraid to report the abuse. The judge expressed concern about Shaheen’s lack of appreciation for the severity of his actions and the possibility of future offenses.

Shaheen was sentenced to four years in prison, with a one-third discount for his guilty pleas. He will serve up to half that period in custody before being released on license to serve the remainder in the community. He will also be on the sex offenders register for the rest of his life and subject to an indefinite sexual harm prevention order. The judge warned that Shaheen might be detained in an immigration center when he is released halfway through his sentence.

Passengers Kicked Off Flight for Saying ‘Penis’Passengers Kicked Off Flight for Saying ‘Penis’

On Monday night, three passengers were removed from a flight at Flint Bishop International Airport by flight attendants. Two of them were allegedly kicked off the plane for using a certain anatomical term, according to the passengers. The incident involved a father-in-law and son who claimed that they were having a good time and mentioned the word “penis” without any derogatory intent. However, the flight crew had deemed their behavior unruly, possibly due to other factors such as being intoxicated or aggressive. Allegiant Airlines provided a different version of the story, stating that the passengers failed to comply with the crew’s instructions and were therefore deplaned for the safety of other passengers and crew members. The airline emphasizes that it does not tolerate any disruptive, abusive, or unruly behavior on its flights.

Man gets jump-rope stuck in bladder after shoving it into his penisMan gets jump-rope stuck in bladder after shoving it into his penis

A 79-year-old man from Japan ended up with a 90-inch jump-rope stuck in his bladder after inserting it into his urethra. In a published September study in Urology Case Reports, doctors found that the rope became tangled in the man’s bladder, forcing him to seek medical attention for difficulty with urination. Medical professionals investigating the issue found a wire-like coiled foreign body in his bladder accompanied by acoustic shadows, leading to the man’s admission of what happened. The medical team found surgery to be the only way to remove the rope through an incision in the man’s abdomen. While the man did recover from the surgery, he is not the only person to suffer from penis-related issues, as another patient had a USB cable stuck in his penis in the same month.
